Effective September 2026. These terms apply to your use of FPAOS, the Excel model and the dashboard at this site (the "Service"), provided by FPAOS ("we", "us").
A monthly subscription gives you the FPAOS Excel model, access to the dashboard for your own uploads, and updates while your subscription is active. The sample dashboard is free.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal link in your receipt email; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Polar, which acts as merchant of record, collects applicable sales tax and VAT, and issues your receipt.
If the Service is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
The dashboard reads your Excel file in your browser. We do not receive, store or have access to the contents of your files. See the Privacy page.
The Service is an analytics tool. Metrics, benchmarks and insights are informational and are not investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the numbers you enter and for decisions you make using the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Your license is for your own use. Do not share your license key or password, resell the model, or attempt to bypass access controls.
The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
