When you upload an Excel file, it is read by your web browser on your own device. The file and the numbers in it are not sent to our servers and we cannot see them. Closing the tab clears them.
To create an account, you give us your email address, a password you choose, and the license key from your purchase. We store your email, your license key, and your password only in scrambled (hashed) form — we cannot read your actual password, and nobody at FPAOS can see it. We use this information to let you log in and to confirm your subscription is still active. When you log in, your browser receives a signed, random session code as a cookie, which we use to recognize you on later visits; it does not contain your password and expires automatically after 30 days or when you log out.
Payment details are collected and processed by Polar, not by us. We receive your email address and subscription status so we can support you.
This site does not use advertising trackers. The only cookie it sets is the login session cookie described above, which is required for the Service to work and is not used to track you elsewhere.
